Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges:

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

• After this time, your order will be processed and cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

• You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging.

• Customers are responsible for posting the item back to our shop.

• Once received and inspected, we will process your request.

Costs

• There is no charge for replacing or exchanging an item.

• Postal costs for sending a replacement item back to you will be covered by us.

• The customer is responsible only for the return postage when sending the item back to us.
